Geisinger is offering free skin cancer screenings on Thursday, May 9, from 1 to 3:45 p.m. at Geisinger Frackville, 701 W. Oak St., Frackville.
More than 3 million Americans develop skin cancer each year, and early detection can greatly improve outcomes. Geisinger dermatologists will screen for skin cancers and irregular freckles, moles or sunspots, and recommend further assessment and treatment if necessary.
