Shenandoah Valley Senior Scores Perfect Score on Math SAT's

Kaitlyn Karpovich, a Shenandoah Valley High School senior, is shown being congratulated by Supt. Brian Waite, HS Principal Stuart Tripler and Senior Math teacher Judy Demalis for having scored a perfect 800 in the math portion of the Scholastic Aptitude Test.

According to information supplied by the SAT, less than 3% of the students taking the test accomplish this fete. Kaitlyn is a member of the Shenandoah Valley National Honor Society, Academic Bowl and President of the SV Band. Her future plans are to attend college and major in Astro Physics. Kaitlyn resides in Shenandoah with her father David Karpovich
