No Injuries Reported in Blythe Township Crash on Monday

No injuries were reported in a Blythe Township crash on Monday.


According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Monday, November 25, 2019 around 5:20pm, a one car crash occurred while Misty Hamm, 38, of Tamaqua was travelling north in a Chevrolet Traverse on Market Street (Route 209), in Blythe Township.

Police say Hamm reported that she was crying and while she went to wipes her eyes, her vehicle went off the roadway and struck a guiderail end.

Hamm's vehicle sustained heavy front end damage, causing her steering wheel airbag to deploy.  Hamm was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured.

The vehicle required towing from the scene.
