Two Wanted on Warrants Apprehended in the Hometown WalMart

Two wanted on warrants were taken into custody earlier this week in the Hometown Walmart.


According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on March 28th, 2020, around 8:00pm, Heather Bowden, 32, of Kaska, and Jason Oshman, 32, of Shenandoah were taken into custody on warrants after they were observed in the Hometown Walmart near Tamaqua by Asset Protection Officers.

Police say Oshman had a warrant issued for his arrest from the Mahanoy Township Police Department for pending drug charges.

Oshman was taken into custody and arraigned before on-call Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer, and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $25,000 straight cash bail.

Additional charges of drug possession will be filed against Oshman.

Bowden had 3 bench warrants issued for her arrest from the Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office.

She was taken into custody and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison.

Additional charges of drug possession, drug paraphernalia, and defiant criminal trespass will be filed.

Assisting State Police with the arrests were the Mahanoy Township and Tamaqua Police Departments.
