Delano Man Locked Up After State Police Respond to Two Incidents in One Day

The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville have locked up a Delano man after police responded to two domestic incidents on Wednesday.

According to troopers, on Wednesday, May 20th, 2020, around 4:30pm, Frackville Troopers responded to a report of a domestic altercation on Hazel Street in Delano Township.

An investigation revealed an assault occurred between Frank Ryder, 51, of Delano, and a female.  Ryder was taken into custody and charged with simple assault and harassment, arraigned  and released on unsecured bail.

Approximately 4 hours later, around 8:30pm, Frackville Troopers were called to another domestic altercation at the same location on Hazel Street.

Ryder was taken into custody again after an investigation revealed he returned to the address and began making threats.

Ryder was charged with making Terroristic Threats, arraigned and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $50,000 bail.
