The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven have obtained an arrest warrant for a man after he threatened a couple over Facebook.
Police say on May 17th, 2020, John Lee, 30, of Tower City threatened to shoot a man and woman due to a custody dispute.
Lee allegedly showed he had the means to do so by sending a video of himself shooting a M249 machine gun.
State Police filed charges through Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi's office and arrest warrant was granted.
Lee is facing charges of terroristic threats and harrassment.
