According to Troopers, the incident occurred on Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 around 3:15pm at the intersection of Cedar Street and Grove Street in Kline Township.
Police say a 17 year old riding a bicycle was traveling across Cedar Street at the intersection when an unknown vehicle turned from Grove Street and hit the rear tire of the bicycle.
The vehicle fled Northbound on Cedar Street and failed to stop an acknowledge the crash.
The 17 year old was not hurt and best described the fleeing vehicle as a 4 door sedan, possibly a Lincoln, possibly tan or silver in color.
