Registered Sex Offender Reported Missing; Possibly in Northumberland County

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the Pennsylvania State Police at Lykens and Criminal Investigation Unit is investigating the disappearance of a Dauphin County man that is classified as a registered sex offender.

Trooper Chris Wright says on August 1st, 2020, around 10:30am, Raymond Joseph Hill Sr., 55, of Millersburg was reported missing.

Hill is a registered sex offender and was last seen on Tuesday, July 28th, 2020 around 5:30pm in the Berrysburg area driving a white/silver Ford F-350 van with PA Registration KZA1309

Police say Hill is may be in the Harrisburg area or in Northumberland County.

Hill is described as 5' 8" tall weighing approximately 230lbs, has short brown hair, wears glasses, and has tattoos of a cross on his upper left arm and a cross and the initials WWJD on his upper right arm.
