Pine Grove Woman Faces Drug Charges After Methamphetamine and Marijuana Found in Vehicle

An drug investigation by police led to a Pine Grove woman being arrested.

According to Pine Grove Police, information was received by police that Natasha Zimmerman, 38, of Pine Grove was using her vehicle to store illegal narcotics.

The investigation led to Zimmerman’s vehicle being impounded and officers obtaining a search warrant. The warrant was executed on Zimmerman’s vehicle leading officers to find marijuana and methamphetamine, along with multiple items of drug paraphernalia, items associated with selling illegal narcotics and $1,924 in US currency.

Zimmerman was charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Officers obtained a Felony warrant for Zimmerman’s arrest and took her into custody on Thursday, October 22nd, 2020. 

Zimmerman was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Rossi, Tremont who set at $5,000 straight cash.  Zimmerman was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison after not being able to post bail.
