Shenandoah Senior Living Community to Receive Assistance from the National Guard

Shenandoah Senior Living Community has announced that they will begin receiving assistance from the National Guard.

According to a press release issued by the facility, located on East Washington Street, in Shenandoah:

"Shenandoah has worked diligently since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to follow all CDC and Department of Health guidelines to keep our community safe.

Despite our best efforts, we are experiencing an increase in new cases. Our medical and nursing staff are working around the clock to stop the spread and continue to care for those who are sick. Assistance from The National Guard will provide some short-term relief for our dedicated staff; the Shenandoah community is grateful for their aid and support.

Our top priority is the safety of our residents and our staff. We will continue to coordinate daily with health officials to care and protect our community"
