Interstate 78 is closed on Monday afternoon in Berks County for a motor vehicle accident.
According to State Police, Interstate 78 is closed in both directions east of Hamburg between Exit 29 and Exit 40 for a motor vehicle accident involving 3 tractor trailers.
The Pennsylvania State Police from Troop L issued an alert that the highway will be closed for several hours while the scene is cleared.
