A man is facing charges after a crash on Christmas even.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the single-vehicle crash occurred on December 24th, 2020 around 8:30pm on Mount Olive Boulevard in the William Penn Section of West Mahanoy Township.
Police say the driver, Joseph Kakol, 42, of Shenandoah was found to be intoxicated.
As a result, Kakol was charged with DUI and recklessly endangering another person.
