According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred just after 2:00am on Main Boulevard.
Troopers say Takiem Foat, 28, of Mahanoy City was traveling north when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve in the roadway, lost control, and overturned his Dodge Journey onto its driver's side.
Foat was reported to have suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pottsville by Shenandoah Ambulance Association.
Foat will be cited for the crash.
