The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating an incident that left 4 tires deflated in Shenandoah.
According to Troopers, on Monday, April 26th, 2021, around 9:20am, police responded to an incident where 4 tires on two separate vehicles were found deflated on West Columbus Street. Both vehicles were owned by the same person.
