A Minersville man is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison for allegedly exposing himself to a juvenile.
According to Minersville Police, Luis Lugo, 20, of Minersville was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure after an incident on Monday.
Officers say they were called to a home in the 400 block of Pine Street on Monday evening and were met by the victim's mother that said Lugo had exposed himself in front of her juvenile daughter.
Lugo also reportedly lived at the home with the victim and her mother.
Officers interviewed the victim who stated that while she and Lugo were watching a movie together, he pulled out his penis and began masturbating. She said after 5 minutes of him doing it, she left the room.
While interviewing Lugo, he admitted to the incident and also told police it only happens when they are alone.
Lugo was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure.
He was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge David Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County prison unable to post $100,000 straight cash bail.
