Police Looking for Witnesses of Pedestrian Being Struck in Shenandoah

The Pennsylvania State Police are asking for help from anyone who may have witnessed a pedestrian being struck in Shenandoah on Sunday.

According to the Troopers from the Frackville barracks, the incident occurred on Sunday around 1:50pm in the area of 10 North Main Street.

Not many details were released on the incident, but the vehicle involved was described as a Black Jeep SUV and the male pedestrian that was struck sustained a head injury.

The victim was transported to Lehigh Valley East Hospital in Pottsville.

Troopers are asking for any individuals who witnessed the incident or has video to call the Frackville barracks at (570) 874-5300.
