A Pottsville man is facing charges after he assaulted multiple people on Saturday.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 around 12:15pm, Troopers were dispatched to a home a on Cressona Road in North Manheim Township for a report of a male assaulting multiple people.
Joseph Evans, 28, of Pottsville was taken into custody for allegedly assaulting 5 people.
Evans was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Kilker on charges of simple assault, criminal mischief involving property damage, and harassment and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 straight cash bail.
