Jean M. Barton, 91, entered into eternal rest Saturday January 1st at her home.
Services will be announced by Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home 515 West Market St. Pottsville PA 17901.

Born in Pottsville, on July 22, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Norman H. and Margaret (Cavalier) Felker.
She was a 1959 graduate of Pottsville High School and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Pottsville.
For many years Judy was a garment worker for the Onyx Blouse Company and then worked as a nurse's aid at Pottsville Hospital.
She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, gardening, the beach, and family vacations, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by great granddaughter, Emma; sister, Margaret Boyer and brother, Roy "Buzzy" Edwards.
Judith is survived by daughters, Sherri Marx, wife of Richard, of Pottsville; Cathryn Veronsky, widow of John , of Tamaqua; Kristine Maley, wife of Michael of Pepperell, MA; and Michele Yom, wife of Lee, of Pine Grove; grandchildren: Rick, husband of Astra; Adam; Justin; Tamra, wife of Mark; Travis and fiance, Jenna; Michael; Patrick; Joshua; Brandon; Gabrielle; Siandra; great grandchildren: Cooper, Ayla, Judein, Parker, Hailey, and Jonah; brother, James, husband of Donna Felker, of FL; several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Lord-Bixler Funeral Home, Inc., 1818 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, with Pastor Chris Rothharpt officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
