Recently, Shenandoah Valley's Luke Matta signed his letter of intent and announced he would continue his academic and athletic career at Villanova University.
Matta, a senior, is a four-year starter for the Blue Devils. Luke was a right-handed pitcher for the baseball team known for his slider and fastball, and played first & third baseman as well. His academic goal is to major in Comprehensive Health Science.
