A crash on Interstate 81 is causing traffic problems on Interstate 81 on Thursday morning.
As of 10:45am, Thursday, PennDOT, State Police, and fire personnel were at the scene of a tri-axle crash on Interstate 81 southbound near mile marker 139.
When the truck crash, it dumped its load of coal across the southbound lanes of the Interstate.
No word if there were any injuries in the crash.
