Shoener says the Blue Devil Band's theme/songs for 2022 will take you on a musical journey with their show- “TAKE FLIGHT”.
The band opens their show with the music of Bill Conti, with the Theme From the Motion Picture Rocky, and later recorded by trumpeter Maynard Ferguson- “Gonna Fly Now”. The band then moves to the music originally recorded by The Steve Miller Band in 1976, and later re-released for the motion picture Space Jam in 1997 by Seal, “Fly Like An Eagle”. The Band then closes their show with the music of Dua Lipa, featuring our Band Front to her 2020 hit “Levitating”.
