participated in their annual Induction Mass during which their new officers were installed, and all members pledged to uphold the responsibilities and qualities necessary to be leaders of the school.

Schuylkill County Schools to Receive Over $4 Million for Safety and Mental Health Needs


On Tuesday, Senator Argall announced that the 2022-23 Pennsylvania State budget was approved by the General Assembly and included a $200 million increase for safety and mental health needs in both public and non-public schools in Schuylkill County.

Schuylkill County Graduates Receive Degrees from Alvernia University


Over 670 students earned associate, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from Alvernia University during the 2021-22 academic year, 37 were from Schuylkill County.

On Thursday, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania announced that nearly 2,000 students were named to the Spring 2022 Dean's List.  Out of those named, 79 were from Schuylkill County.

Schuylkill County Students' Artwork to Be Displayed in Nation's Capitol


The 2022 Congressional Art Competition for high school students was held on Tuesday, May 3rd at the Schuylkill Haven Walk-in Center.
