Schuylkill County Detectives Seek Port Carbon Man Who Failed to Appear for Court Appearance


Schuylkill County detectives are attempting to located man that failed to appear for his court appearance.

According to Schuylkill County Detectives and Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake's office, they are attempting to locate Timothy Burke, 29, of Port Carbon.

Burke is described as a male, 5 feet 7 inches in height and weighs 145 lbs. 

Burke's original charges included Aggravated Assault-Attempts to Cause Bodily Injury Designated Individuals – Felony 2, Resisting Arrest-Other Law Enforcement – Misdemeanor 2, Disorderly Conduct-Engage in Fighting – Misdemeanor 3.

Burke failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Court House on August 4, 2021 for status conferences.

His last known addresses were 30 Pike Street, Port Carbon Pa 17965 or 770 A Putnam Blvd, Wallingford Pa 19086.
