Police from West Penn Township took a Missouri man into custody last week that was wanted in Kansas.
The driver of the illegally parked vehicle, identified as Kamry Evette Rich, 29-year-old from Kansas City, MO was found to be a fugitive from justice, wanted on felony charges with an outstanding bench warrant from Shawnee County, Kansas. Shawnee County.
The Kansas Sheriff’s Office did confirm the warrant and extradition from Pennsylvania.
Rich was taken into custody on the outstanding bench warrant, arraigned by District Judge Serina on fugitive from justice charge, and incarcerated in the Schuylkill County Prison
