Born Thursday, February 11, 1965 in New York, New York. Surviving are; his mother, Mirian (Arroyo) Marsh and her husband Edward with whom he resided; daughter, Angelique Bartomeo; sister, Lillian Arroyo; brothers, James Bartomeo, and Edwin Lopez and his wife Rowena.
Philip was predeceased by; his father, Philip Bartomeo, Sr.; wife, Theresa Deering.
A graduate of St. Helen's R.C.C. high school in Howard Beach, Philip Was an electrician by trade. Catholic by faith, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, walking in the mountains, and soaking in nature's beauty. Philip had a huge personality, he loved time spent with family, and friends. His humor was infectious. Philip was a huge sports fan.
