Schuylkill County Police Reports - October 5th, 2022

     

 A collection of police reports received from Schuylkill County law enforcement.

TREMONT - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 around 9:30pm, Troopers responded to a home on East Line Street, for a report of a domestic dispute.

Through an investigation, Troopers determined a physical altercation took place during an argument between Damian Watson, 28, of Minersville and a 41 year old female.

As a result, Watson was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment.

ELDRED TOWNSHIP - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, a woman reported that her wallet was stolen from her Chevrolet Suburban that was parked at 29 Kettle Road, Stehrs and Sons Farmers Market, between 4:00pm and 6:30pm on Saturday, September 24th, 2022.

The wallet was reported to have contained $200 plus her personal cards.

State Police continue to investigate.

NORWEGIAN TOWNSHIP - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Saturday, October 1st, 2022, around 12:00pm, Troopers responded to Brier Drive, in Norwegian Township for a report of a theft.

Police say an 18 horsepower EvinRude Boat Motor was stolen.

State Police continue to investigate.

DEER LAKE - According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on September 28th, 2022, Troopers discovered the body of a 45 year old male in a wooded area near the intersection of Route 895 and Route 61.

State Police determined the death to be a suicide by self inflicted gunshot wound.

SAINT CLAIR - According to Saint Clair Police, on September 25th, 2022, police were called to South Morris Street for a report of a disturbance.

Police charged Christopher Lavan, 39, of Saint Clair with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
