Two Amber Alerts for Pennsylvania Cancelled; Children Found Safe

The two Amber Alerts that were issued this week in Pennsylvania have been cancelled after the children were found safe.

The first alert came Tuesday night when Zoe Moss was abducted by her mother Vanessa Gutshall, outside of an elementary school in Downingtown, Chester County.

The second alert came Thursday morning when Ammon and Ezekial, ages 5 and 4, were abducted by 39-Year-Old Kenneth Smiley in Harrisburg, Dauphin County.

The Dauphin County Amber Alert was cancelled within an hour of it being issued after both boys were found safe.

The Chester County Amber Alert was cancelled Thursday afternoon after Zoe was found safe.

The locations have not been made public where they were found, and no details have been released on if charges have been filed in either incident.
