Wanted Man from Mahanoy Plane Provides False Identification to State Troopers

 A man who was wanted on several warrants is locked back up in Schuylkill County Prison.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Saturday, January 7th, 2023, around 11:30am, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep for traffic violations in the area of South West Street and West Oak Street in Shenandoah.

The passenger in the vehicle, Daniel Quinn, 43, of Mahanoy Plane provided a false name to the officer and was also found to have several active bench warrants.

Quinn was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. 

State Police transported Quinn back to their barracks in Frackville to be processed, then transported to Schuylkill County Prison.

Additional charges of providing false identification to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia are to be filed.
