Organizers have announced that a television star from the Dukes of Hazzard will make an appearance at this year's Great Pottsville Cruise.
On Saturday, August 12th, 2023 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, the Humane Fire Company in Pottsville will host the annual car cruise.
The event typically draws hundreds of car lovers to the city.
This year, Tom Wopat, the original Luke Duke, from the Dukes of Hazzard is scheduled to attend and will be at the fire company meeting with fans, signing autographs, and playing music.
Can't make it to the Cruise? Wopat is also scheduled to meet with fans at Big Diamond Speedway the night prior on August 11th, 2023.
