A Mount Carmel man is facing charges after he was caught trespassing on land in Union Township.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, Troopers learned that Nathan Hinkle, 31, of Mount Carmel drove his vehicle up a private driveway on Trout Run Road.
Hinkel then entered the garage on the property. The property owner confronted Hinkle and he refused to leave.
Hinkle eventually got back in his vehicle and left before police arrived.
The Pennsylvania State Police filed a criminal complaint through Magisterial District Judge Edward Tarantelli's office charging Hinkle with felony criminal trespass and other trespassing charges.
