The Schuylkill County Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in locating a Shenandoah man.
Joshua William Koncsler, 26, is currently wanted on two active bench warrants.
Koncsler was first wanted after he failed to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on September 28, 2023, at Magisterial District Court 21-3-05. The original charge against him in this case is "Failure to Verify Address or Photographed as Required," which relates to the verification process required for sexual offenders, categorized as a Felony 3 offense.
Another instance of non-appearance occurred on October 18, 2023, at the Schuylkill County Courthouse. Koncsler was expected to attend a Status Conference, but he failed to do so. The original charges in this case involve the possession of marijuana, considered a misdemeanor, and the use/possession of drug paraphernalia, also categorized as a misdemeanor.
Joshua William Koncsler's last known address is 333 West Lloyd Street, Shenandoah, PA 17976.
