The victim of a fatal crash on the Burma Road earlier this week has been identified.
Around 9:45pm, on Tuesday, November 21st, 2023, emergency personnel were called to 1550 Burma Road, between Mahanoy City and St. Clair, for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.
The first fire personnel from St. Clair arrived at the scene to find a vehicle on its side in a wooded area.
Later this week, the victim was identified as 52-year-old Raymond Freil, of Mahanoy City.
