An Ashland man has been cited after he fled the scene of a crash on Sunday on Hoffman Boulevard in the borough.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred Sunday, December 17th, 2023, around 7:45pm on South Hoffman Boulevard at the intersection with Spruce Street.
Troopers say Joseph Lawson, 62, of Ashland was driving south on Hoffman Boulevard in Toyota Tacoma when he struck the center concrete media destroying it.
Lawson fled the scene but only made it a short distance due to the vehicle becoming disabled.
Lawson has been cited for accidents involving damage to unattended property, not having insurance, and other traffic violations.
