The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville is investigating a burglary in North Union Township.
Troopers say the burglary occurred at a farm on Buck Mountain Road near the intersection of Catawissa Creek Road (Route 339) some time before November 27th, 2023, when the incident was reported to police.
During the burglary, someone entered an outbuilding on the property and stole a tractor battery and gasoline. The suspect or suspects damaged the property during the burglary as well.
State Police say they are investigating a second burglary that was similar to this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Frackville Barracks by calling (570) 874-5300.
