The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a case of disorderly conduct in Cass Township.
According to Troopers from the Frackville Barracks, on Friday, December 22nd, 2023, around 12:30am, they responded to High Road in Cass Township for a report of a mannequin with blackface hanging from the neck.
No other details were provided but police say the investigation is ongoing.
