During Wednesday night's North Schuylkill School Board Meeting, the Schuylkill County Autism Group made a substantial donation to next year's Spartan Games.
The Spartan Games are a yearly event that brings together hundreds of athletes with special needs from Schuylkill, Columbia, Dauphin, and Northumberland Counties to compete for their school district in a track and field event.
The group presented a $10,000 check to the Spartan Game Coordinator and Director of Special Education Knute Brayford.
