Two children suffered minor injuries in a crash Thursday evening on the Burma Road in Blythe Township.
The crash occurred just before 11:00pm in the area of the landfill. The crash involved a sedan vehicle that struck a utility pole.
The Burma Road remained open while fire personnel were on scene, but traffic was narrowed to one lane and PPL was dispatched for damage to the pole.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured but two children in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.
According to Blythe Township Police, the crash is reported to be under investigation after the driver was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
The St. Clair Fire Department responded to the scene.
