A Delano man is wanted on multiple warrants after he has terrorized a home in Mahanoy Township for the 3rd time.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Gavyn Datchko, 21, of Delano is wanted on 3 separate warrants for 3 incidents involving the same home on Park Place Road.
The most recent incident occurred on January 7th, 2024 around 2:30pm. Datchko was charged with simple assault and defiant trespass for this incident.
Previously, on November 24th, 2023, around 12:45am, police responded to a home on Park Place Road in Mahanoy Township for a report of a burglary and assault. The victim said that Datchko broke into her home, assaulted her, and stole a firearm from the home. Datchko fled the scene before police arrived.
For the November 24th incident, Datchko has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, false imprisonment, and harassment.
Datchko was already wanted for a burglary and assault at the same home on October 30th, 2023
In the early morning hours of Monday, October 30th, 2023, police responded to the home for a report of a burglary and assault.
The victim told police Datchko forced his way into her home and assaulted her.
For this incident, Datchko has been charged with simple assault, burglary, harassment, and criminal trespass.
Datchko is still wanted on all 3 warrants.
