The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating a burglary that occurred in early February.
According to Troopers on February 6th, 2024, police were called to a home on West Main Street in Ringtown for a report of a burglary.
At the scene, police learned that an unknown person gained entry to the home through a rear door. Once inside, the homeowner's dog began bark, causing the burglar to flee through a basement door.
State Police say the investigation is still ongoing.
