Egg-citing Times at Shenandoah's Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Shenandoah Recreation Committee hosted its 9th annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Bicentennial and Babe Ruth Parks on Saturday, drawing hundreds of kids to participate.

With 3,000 colored eggs spread across the parks, the scene was set for a fun filled afternoon of fun and excitement. Children of all ages, divided into six age groups, raced across the park searching for eggs

Laughter and cheers filled the air as youngsters raced to fill their baskets with as many eggs as they could find. Some lucky hunters even stumbled upon special eggs, earning themselves extra prizes.

Following the egg hunt, kids took part in crafts, face painting, and more.
