Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate man who failed to make a court appearance.
Rodney Clarence Hogue, age 35, is wanted for failing to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on May 28th, 2024, for jury selection for his trial.
There is an active bench warrant for his arrest.
The original charges for his trial were Driving under the Influence of Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability – Misdemeanor 1, Driving with No Rear Lights – Summary offense.
Hogue is described as a Black, Non-Hispanic male, 6 feet 1 inches in height and weighs approximately 190 lbs. Rodney Clarence Hogue failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on May 28, 2024 for Jury Selection.
The last known address for Hogue was 15 Fritz Reed Avenue, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
