Firefighters remain at the scene of a house fire in Schuylkill County.
The call came in just after 10:00am for a house fire at 14 School Row Road for a house fire. Initial reports were that everyone was out of the home but pets remained in inside.
The first responding units advised of a large column of smoke and reported a working fire.
Firefighters worked defensively for over an hour at controlling the fire. As of 11:45am, they were dealing with active fire.
The fire structure multiple alarms for extra manpower as well as tankers.
