* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible Thursday night.

* WHERE...The following counties in Pennsylvania:

• Bedford
• Blair
• Centre
• Clinton
• Columbia
• Fulton
• Huntingdon
• Juniata
• Lycoming
• Mifflin
• Montour
• Northumberland
• Schuylkill
• Snyder
• Sullivan
• Union

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
