Dense Fog Advisory Issued for Schuylkill and Surrounding Counties Through Wednesday Morning

A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for much of south-central Pennsylvania—including Schuylkill, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York, Lancaster, and Franklin Counties—effective until 8:00 AM on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

The advisory, released at 10:28 p.m. Tuesday by the National Weather Service, warns of visibility reduced to a quarter mile or less across many areas. Forecasters note that dense fog is already present in several locations, with reports of visibility dropping to just a few hundred feet along portions of Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County.
