Blue Mountain used a fast start and a steady fourth quarter to secure a 45–35 road victory over Pottsville Area on Friday.
The Lady Eagles jumped out to a 15–6 lead after the first quarter and carried a 25–16 advantage into halftime. Pottsville tightened defensively in the third, keeping the game within reach at 32–24, but Blue Mountain maintained control down the stretch, outscoring the Crimson Tide 13–11 in the final frame.
