Williamson, Friedberg & Jones Law Firm (WFJ Law) has announced the addition of two new associate attorneys as part of its ongoing strategic growth.
Jessica Halina Eckrote and Joseph B. Colletti have joined the firm’s Elder Law & Estate Planning Group, further strengthening its ability to serve clients across Eastern Pennsylvania.
Both attorneys will focus on Asset Protection and Wealth Preservation Planning, Long-Term Care Planning, Estate Planning—including wills and trusts—and Estate Administration.
Attorney Jessica Halina Eckrote, a native of Nanticoke and 2023 graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, previously practiced with an elder law firm in Lycoming County. She brings valuable, hands-on experience assisting families with complex elder law issues, long-term care planning, and estate administration.
Attorney Joseph B. Colletti, a Philadelphia native and 2025 graduate of Penn State Law, offers strong academic credentials and a deep commitment to client-centered advocacy, adding further depth to the expanding practice group.
“Jessica and Joe embody the professionalism, integrity, and client-centered mindset that define our firm’s mission,” said Eric M. Mika, Esq., Partner and Chair of the Elder Law & Estate Planning Group at Williamson, Friedberg & Jones. “Their addition strengthens our capacity to meet the growing demand for sophisticated elder law, asset protection, tax, and estate planning services across the region.”
The firm continues to experience significant growth across multiple practice areas. As part of its long-term strategic development plan, WFJ Law anticipates hiring three additional associate attorneys in 2026 to support its expanding client base and uphold the firm’s longstanding standard of excellence.
“Our investment in talented young attorneys is essential to sustaining the high standards our clients expect and deserve,” said Managing Partner Richard J. Weist, Esq. “The continued expansion of our Elder Law Group reflects our deep commitment to providing trusted guidance to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Schuylkill County and Eastern Pennsylvania.”
