According to police, troopers were dispatched to the area of Cherry Street and Old Route 209 in Mary D between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 15th for a report of scattered rubbish.
An investigation determined that an unknown man and woman were seen dumping construction material into a culvert. When confronted, the suspects fled the scene in a gray 2006 Toyota Camry.
