Shenandoah Man Sentenced to 25 to 50 Years in Prison in Child Sexual Abuse Material Case

Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Wednesday that a Schuylkill County man previously convicted on child sexual abuse material charges has been sentenced to 25 to 50 years in state prison.
Antony Cuff, 47, of Shenandoah, was previously found guilty by a Schuylkill County jury of 17 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, the case involved 408 files of child sexual abuse material, including 238 images and 170 videos.

Attorney General Sunday said the sentence reflects the seriousness of the offenses and credited the work of the Office of Attorney General’s Child Predator Section.

During the February 2025 investigation, agents determined that Cuff used a neighbor’s internet connection to upload and access files through Bing. Investigators also reported recovering a doll from Cuff’s Shenandoah residence that they described as commonly associated with sex offenders.

Cuff was remanded to state custody following sentencing.
