The 2026 ride, which benefits St. Joseph’s Center in Scranton, will officially begin Monday, July 20, in Philadelphia. Snedeker will travel through portions of southeastern Pennsylvania before entering Schuylkill County on Tuesday, July 21.
Snedeker will begin the second day of his journey in Summit Hill, Carbon County, before traveling into Schuylkill County and passing through Tamaqua, the Lewistown Valley and New Ringgold. He is expected to finish the morning portion of the ride in Orwigsburg.
The afternoon schedule will include stops in Pottsville and Morea before Snedeker begins the second half of the day in Mahanoy City. From there, he will travel through Gilberton, Mahanoy Plane, Girardville, Ashland and Centralia before concluding the day in Mount Carmel.
Residents along the route will have several opportunities to cheer on Snedeker and support the annual fundraiser.
For nearly three decades, the Go Joe ride has drawn support from communities across northeastern and central Pennsylvania. Money raised during the event benefits St. Joseph’s Center, a nonprofit organization that provides care and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
A complete schedule of stops and updates throughout the ride will be available through WNEP’s official Go Joe page.
