The free, family-friendly event is designed to bring residents together while strengthening relationships between the community, local organizations, and public safety agencies. Community Night Out provides an opportunity for families to meet the people and organizations that serve Ashland while enjoying an evening of fun and fellowship.
A variety of first responder agencies, municipal departments, civic organizations, youth groups, nonprofits, and local businesses are expected to participate. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the services available in the community, interact with local organizations, and enjoy activities for all ages.
One of the evening's highlights will once again be the popular Touch-a-Truck experience, where children and families can get an up-close look at emergency vehicles, municipal equipment, commercial trucks, and other specialty vehicles.
Guests will also be treated to complimentary hot dogs, pierogies, and bottled water, thanks to the generosity of local sponsors and volunteers.
The Ashland Community Night Out Committee invites residents of all ages to attend this annual event and enjoy an evening dedicated to community spirit, public safety awareness, and family fun.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
